Box Office

The Grand Theatre Box Office is open Monday to Saturday - 10.00am until 3.00pm, and thirty minutes before curtain-up on the night of each production. You can also Book Online anytime.

If you wish to book tickets, or have any enquiries about the theatre or our busy programme of events, please call us on 01524 64695 and our Box Office staff will be pleased to help you. All tickets must be paid for at the point of sale, either in person or by card over the phone. When booking, please be aware that there are no lifts in the theatre and there are four flights of stairs to the circle.

Tickets can be collected on the night of the performance, but we recommend you pick them up before, to avoid queuing.
