Footlights Youth

Membership of Footlights Youth Theatre is open to any young person between the age of 11 and 24. Annual fee is £7 for anyone in fulltime education, and £10 for all others.

What do you get?

• A monthly emailed copy of ‘Footnote’ which tells you all the Footlights news, dates of auditions, shows and events.
• The chance to be cast in one of the six plays produced annually, and in particular the Youth Production in March.
• Organised theatre visits to professional shows around the North West.
• Workshops run by professional practitioners.
• CRB checked staff.
• Advice and preparation for the London Academy of Dramatic Arts (L.A.M.D.A.) examinations, and for auditions to University or Drama School courses.
• The opportunity to work in a beautiful 460 seat "proper" theatre.
• To meet new people, make new friends, and increase your skills and confidence.
