New Spaces

Lancaster Grand Theatre is surrounded by roads on three of its four sides and is extremely restricted for space.  To increase theatre flexibility, enhance the theatre experience and allow an increase in community use, a stunning contemporary foyer has been designed with a cost estimate of £650K.  A fund raising campaign was set up in 2007 to raise sufficient money to build and furnish the new foyer, an artist's impression being shown alongside.  Fundraising is progressing well and is now approaching £140K.  We welcome any contributions to the fund and each year, we organise fund-raising events either at the theatre or associated with it.
