Tours of the Grand Theatre
The Grand has 227 years of history, Why not come and hear about how our theatre was built and developed - take a guided tour around the auditorium, the stage and backstage areas? You will hear about the people who ran the Grand, who has appeared here and you may even see the ghost!
Tours are on the following Saturdays at 10.30am from the foyer coffee bar and they last approximately one hour. We must advise that due to the historic nature of our Grade 2 listed building certain parts of the theatre are only accessible via steps or stairs.
Places for the tour should be booked in advance via the box office -10am-3pm Monday to Saturday. Places are limited to 12 people per tour.
Tickets :£5 Adults/£2.50 Child
Family ticket 1 child free with each paying adult
